About Lightning Challenge
Lightning Challenge is a practice platform for Salesforce developers. Instead of reading about Apex, you write it. Every challenge gives you a problem, starter code, and automatic grading, so you know right away whether your solution works. Apex challenges run in your own connected Salesforce org. Lightning Web Component (LWC) challenges compile and run right in your browser, with no org needed.
What we offer
- A new daily challenge to help you build a coding habit.
- A catalog of Apex and LWC challenges, sorted by difficulty and topic.
- Guided lessons, including Platform Developer I (PD1) exam prep.
- Points, a public leaderboard, and monthly contests with prizes.
- Wally, an AI assistant that gives hints without handing you the answer.
Who is behind it
Lightning Challenge was founded by Warren Walters, a Salesforce MVP with more than 10 years of Salesforce development experience and over a decade in software development. Warren has helped developers earn their PD1 and JavaScript certifications and shares Salesforce tutorials on YouTube and LinkedIn.
