Calculate the average AnnualRevenue for Accounts that match a given Rating and meet a minimum revenue requirement. Trim the rating input before querying. Return 0 when the rating is missing, the minimum revenue is null, or no accounts satisfy the filter.
Examples:
Decimal avgHot = averageRevenueByRating('Hot', 20000000);
// Results: Average AnnualRevenue for Hot accounts with revenue >= 20,000,000
Decimal avgWarm = averageRevenueByRating(' Warm ', 0);
// Results: Average AnnualRevenue for Warm accounts in the org
