Combine two strings with a space between them. If either string is empty or null, return the other string without adding a space.

Examples:

Input: str1 = 'Hello', str2 = 'World' Output: 'Hello World' Explanation: Combined the strings with a space between them Input: str1 = 'Salesforce', str2 = '' Output: 'Salesforce' Explanation: Second string is empty, so returned first string without adding space
