Calculate the number of days between today and a target date. Return null if the target date is null or in the past. Return 0 if the target date is today.

Examples:

Date targetDate = Date.today().addDays(10);
Integer days = daysUntilDate(targetDate);
// Results: 10
// Explanation: Returns number of days until target date

Date targetDate = Date.today();
Integer days = daysUntilDate(targetDate);
// Results: 0
// Explanation: Returns 0 when target date is today

Date targetDate = Date.today().addDays(-5);
Integer days = daysUntilDate(targetDate);
// Results: null
// Explanation: Returns null for past dates
