Take a string and return a new string with all vowels (a, e, i, o, u) removed. Be case insensitive (remove both uppercase and lowercase vowels). Return null for null input and empty string for empty input.
Examples:
Input: text = "hello world"
Output: "hll wrld"
Explanation: Removes all vowels leaving only consonants and spaces
Input: text = "AEIOU"
Output: ""
Explanation: String contains only vowels, so result is empty string
Input: text = "xyz"
Output: "xyz"
Explanation: No vowels to remove, returns original string
Input: text = null
Output: null
Explanation: Null input returns null
