Implement a function to reverse an integer. Given an integer, return the integer with its digits reversed.
Examples:
Input: num = 123
Output: 321
Explanation: Reversing the digits 1, 2, 3 gives 321
Input: num = -456
Output: -654
Explanation: The sign remains the same, only the digits are reversed
Input: num = 1000
Output: 1
Explanation: Leading zeros in the result are removed
