Query Account records and return a Map where keys are Industry values and values are the Account Name with highest AnnualRevenue in that industry. Only include industries that have at least one account with non-null AnnualRevenue.
Examples:

Output: {'Technology': 'TechFlow Solutions', 'Finance': 'Global Bank Corp', ...}
Explanation: Each industry maps to the account name with the highest revenue in that industry
Input: (no parameters)
Output: Map with industry-to-account mappings
Explanation: Industries without accounts or with null revenues are excluded
