Comments - Block

Block comments in Apex are used to add explanations that span multiple lines. They begin with /* and end with */. Everything between these markers is ignored by the compiler.

Example

/*
  This is a block comment.
  It can span multiple lines and is useful for
  providing detailed explanations of complex code.
*/
String systemStatus = 'All systems go!';
